Eileen Flynn
Eileen Flynn has had a solid career in developing people and organizations, globally, within three large, reputable companies: J&J, Honeywell, and Digital Equipment Corporation (now HP). She currently offers practical solutions to individuals, teams and organizations in her firm, Legacy Teams, LLC. Eileen’s extensive career in the field of organization development allows her to give holistic recommendations to her clients. She is known as an expert, however, in the areas of coaching, team development, change management, and employee engagement. She has worked around the globe and has a unique skill in cultural awareness.
A key passion for Eileen is working one-on-one in her coaching engagements. She is a certified coach with Life and Career Planning, LLC. She has a core belief that people work best when they feel valued and their strengths are utilized. Her focus is on “bringing out the best in people” and the power of this approach is evident. Magic happens as people flourish and find joy in their personal and professional lives. Eileen gets to the heart of the matter by asking the right questions and allowing the answers to come from those she coaches. She is known as a trusted accountability partner.
Eileen instills confidence in her clients with her portfolio of successful applications. Feedback from clients is consistent. She genuinely cares about us. She understands the connection between people and results and makes things happen. Her energy is contagious. She does not just tell us what to do. She gets in there and involves us so that we learn and grow. Eileen is invested in our success. We know she is working with many clients, but when she is with us, we get her undivided attention as if we were her single focus.
Eileen has a Master of Arts in Counseling from Rider University and Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior from LaSalle University. She also spent a semester abroad at the University of Fribourg in Fribourg, Switzerland. She is certified in: Advanced Human Resource Management and Organization Development from Columbia University, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI), SOCIAL STYLE and Versatility, and is a Prosci change practitioner.
On a personal note, Eileen and her husband Bob have been married for over 35 years and together they raised their two children who have both graduated college and are working full time out on their own. Eileen enjoys her free time at the Jersey shore biking and walking along the beach. This is where she gets her energy and clarity that she brings to her clients.
